Transfer Registration

Register before Friday the 27th of September

For private sedan transfers (VIP)

For Airport Pickup:
- Driver will meet customer outside the baggage claim / customs area with name board of your/customers request
- No Show Procedure will commence after 45 minutes, if no contact with driver
- Maximum waiting time is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed
Transfers can only consist of one (1) pick up address and one (1) drop off address
Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours before commencement of trip, results in a 50% cancellation fees
Cancellations after 48 hours before commencement of trip, results in a 100% percent cancellation fees to be paid within our terms of payment
Changes to a confirmed booking after 48 hours before commencement of trip will result in a 25% surcharge
Cancellation fee does not include Additional Services. (Bridge Tolls, Child Seats, Parking a.s.o.)

For Bus Shuttle and Bus Transfers

All changes to timing schedule must be communicated with us directly on: scandinavia@wearemci.com
No shows will be charged at 100%
Cancellations after 72 hours before commencement of the trip will be charged at 50%
Cancellations after 48 hours before commencement of the trip will be changed at 100%

Liability Waiver – Bus Trip Booking

By booking this trip, you agree to the following:

You understand and accept the risks of travel, including delays, injury, or loss of property
MCI Scandinavia is not liable for any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence
You are responsible for your own belongings during the trip
You confirm you are fit to travel and will follow all instructions. You are liable for any damage caused by your actions
MCI Scandinavia is not responsible for disruptions due to events beyond its control

Refunds:

All refunds for cancelled trips will carry a 5% CC fee
