About EMC Congress 2024
The AIEJI World Congress 2025 gathered social educators and care professionals from around the world to explore new perspectives on social pedagogy, inclusion, and youth welfare. The congress, held every four years, is a key platform for international dialogue, knowledge sharing and advocacy in social work.
The Challenge
AIEJI needed to unite a highly diverse, multilingual audience from over 40 countries with varying professional backgrounds. The congress had to balance academic depth, practical insights and accessibility, all while fostering a strong sense of community and purpose.
The Solution
MCI managed the full congress lifecycle, including programme planning, speaker liaison, volunteer coordination, delegate services, and sponsor management. The concept centred around human connection, inclusion and sustainability, with a dedicated translation system, social spaces and co-creative sessions enabling authentic global exchange.
The Result
The congress delivered a deeply human experience, praised for its warmth, accessibility and relevance. Attendees left with renewed energy, new collaborations and practical tools to take back to their communities. The congress also achieved its sustainability goals through a strong local sourcing and zero-waste strategy.
