About NBCC 2025
The Nordic Baltic Cardiology Congress (NBCC) is the leading cardiovascular meeting in the Nordic and Baltic regions. NBCC2025 brought together world-class experts, emerging talents, and key stakeholders in cardiology for three days of scientific exchange, networking, and innovation in heart health.
The Challenge
NBCC faced the task of bringing together professionals across eight countries, ensuring a seamless experience for a hybrid audience while maintaining a high standard for scientific quality, sponsor engagement, and delegate experience.
The Solution
MCI provided end-to-end congress management, including abstract handling, speaker coordination, sponsor activation and delegate services. A user-centric digital platform allowed for live participation and on-demand access, while the onsite experience was built around networking lounges, dynamic poster zones, and thematic plenary sessions designed to drive community interaction and visibility for sponsors.
The Result
NBCC2025 surpassed expectations with record attendance, strong sponsor engagement and a streamlined participant experience, both onsite and online. The congress platform remained active for 60 days post-event, extending the impact and reach of the congress.
